Bihar Johar Sanskritik Parishad (BJSP), an organization formed for promoting social cohesion, cultural diversity, and artistic expression within people from Bihar and Jharkhand, living in Qatar. The cultural heritage of Bihar and Jharkhand is incredibly diverse and rich, reflecting the historical, social and religious influences that have shaped the region over centuries.

Cultural Exchange & Collaboration

The organization seeks to lead and facilitate cultural exchange and collaboration of Bihar and Jharkhand with other groups. This involves organizing cultural festivals, exchange programs, and collaborations with artists, organizations and institutions from diverse cultural backgrounds. The objective is to promote cross-cultural understanding, foster artistic collaborations, and display the cultural richness of Bihar and Jharkhand on national and international platforms.

To Introduce Bihar and Jharkhand to Qatar and to showcase its untold stories, shedding lights on glorious past, present achievements and untapped potentials of the two states. This includes organizing workshops, seminars and exhibitions to educate about and to promote its rich and vibrant cultural traditions, art forms, folk traditions, performing arts and crafts, and historical sites.

Community Engagement & Participation

The organization aims to actively engage the Bihari and Jharkhandi dispora in cultural activities and events. This includes organizing community-based cultural festivals, workshops and other interactive sessions that encourage participation and active involvement of the community. The objective is to strengthen community bonds, foster social cohesion, and create platforms for the expression of local talent and cultural traditions.

Social Service

Conducting and supporting social activities for community engagement, environmental preservation, and societal well-being, including beach cleaning, picnics, awareness campaigns, and blood donation drives.

Community Building & Enhancement

Build and enhance a highly engaged and vibrant community of Bihari and Jharkhandi diaspora in Qatar. The idea is to showcase its warm hospitality and undying spirit to overcome challenges, and collaborate on matters which impact its members, share joys and sorrows and celebrate life. In the process, it aims at creating a better present and future for its members and the motherland.
